This is my second time using this company, the first time for my furnace that stopped working, this time Tom came out to look at my AC unit after my house had been struck by lightning 2 weeks prior. I noticed my AC compressor was not running and was also in need of yearly AC maintenance. I reached out to A Plus online and they ended up able to send someone out the next day! Joe had to do a hit of extra digging to figure out what the problem was but he put the effort in and got everything fixed up within an hour. The service gentleman was very polite and kind even gave my dogs. A treat showed up extra early. Explained everything in terms that I would understand and also taught my son a couple extra maintenance things he can do to help prevent our old unit from going sooner than later. Came back the next day to double check to make sure everything was good because The weather was a little crisp on the day he came over. Very happy with the service provided by the company. Our water tank and furnace went out at the same time. They sent someone out to our home in Royal oak right away. The technician found that our chimney liner had been compromised and needed to be replaced. They actually sent out another technician same day and we’re able to get our hot water and our furnace back working. Very happy with how well everything was explained and how quickly they fix the issue. The technicians also went above and beyond when they noticed that our AC was covered in weeds and cottonwood from the year before and recommended an AC tuneup to make sure we stay cool when the warm weather comes. If you are in Royal oak or in the nearby area, I would highly recommend you give these guys a call for any furnace AC issues. We will most definitely be using them again.

Had an AC issue where basically all of the refrigerant leaked out of the system. Joe was determined to resolve this issue by locating and replacing the leaky connections with new welded line. He also answered all of my questions and was professional with his suggestions. Would recommend A plus again for any future issues.

Had an issue at my restaurant where I needed a technician to come out ASAP. If you know the industry, that typically means one week. However, I explained the situation and the scheduler sent someone out a few hours later. Tom the technician was great. He was on time and more importantly resolved the issue. I was provided with pictures as well from the rooftop unit explaining what was happening. I would highly recommend Aplus for any of your heating and cooling needs.

We had purchased a used ecobee thermostat and installed it ourselves. Everything was wired correctly but our heat was not turning on. Henry (Joe) came out and helped solve that it was a faulty thermostat and helped reinstall our old thermostat. He was very professional and helped us with all of the issues and gave us some great feedback and ideas for the future. Highly recommend A Plus and if you can request for Henry.

Tom came out to service our furnace as it is a very old unit. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful was very up front that their goal is to preserve the life of the unit. There are no pushy sales tactics, just facts about your unit. I have a 20+ year old unit that's original to the home and he's still trying to save it. We do need a new one here very soon and will absolutely be trusting A Plus due to their knowledge and building trust with their company.
