I had an original repair on my furnace by Tom, who was so polite and explained what what wrong so thouroughly. The new part ended up going bad again, so A Plus came back out, fixed the problem again (no charge) and dug a lil deeper to find out why the parts were going bad. Henry (a.k.a.Joe)Was super thorough and found the problem (we're hoping). He was quick, polite & professional. Was very happy with my service on both occasions! I can’t say enough good things about Teo and the entire A Plus team. When my furnace unexpectedly went out, they stepped in immediately and made the whole situation incredibly easy. There was no hard up sales or pressure the entire time and they helped me make an educated discussion on a replacement unit. Within a day they had a quality replacement ready to go and made sure everything was handled quickly so I wasn’t stuck dealing with the cold.What really stood out was how straightforward, honest, and helpful they were throughout the process.
