I noticed my AC compressor was not running and was also in need of yearly AC maintenance. I reached out to A Plus online and they ended up able to send someone out the next day! Joe had to do a hit of extra digging to figure out what the problem was but he put the effort in and got everything fixed up within an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable service and a super quick response time- I will use A Plus again!

The service gentleman was very polite and kind even gave my dogs. A treat showed up extra early. Explained everything in terms that I would understand and also taught my son a couple extra maintenance things he can do to help prevent our old unit from going sooner than later. Came back the next day to double check to make sure everything was good because The weather was a little crisp on the day he came over. My furnace suddenly wouldn’t turn on. I called this company. Joe came out. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Had a professional presence. He looked over everything, found the issue and got it working in no time. I feel like the pricing was reasonable. I felt this company was very trustworthy. Very happy with the service provided by the company. Our water tank and furnace went out at the same time. They sent someone out to our home in Royal oak right away. The technician found that our chimney liner had been compromised and needed to be replaced. They actually sent out another technician same day and we’re able to get our hot water and our furnace back working. Very happy with how well everything was explained and how quickly they fix the issue. The technicians also went above and beyond when they noticed that our AC was covered in weeds and cottonwood from the year before and recommended an AC tuneup to make sure we stay cool when the warm weather comes. If you are in Royal oak or in the nearby area, I would highly recommend you give these guys a call for any furnace AC issues. We will most definitely be using them again.

Had an AC issue where basically all of the refrigerant leaked out of the system. Joe was determined to resolve this issue by locating and replacing the leaky connections with new welded line. He also answered all of my questions and was professional with his suggestions. Would recommend A plus again for any future issues.
