Talk about unprofessional! Worse company I have ever dealt with. Requested an estimate for my pool deck and the lady cave by over a month ago and I still haven’t received the quote. She kept making excuses and then said she forgot to take pictures. Asked me to send them to her. I did and still never sent me the quote after a lot of follow up. I gave up. If just getting a quote is like this I don’t want to see how getting a job done would take. Very dissatisfied. Disappointing!!! Stay away from them. Less

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I had to chase Aida down for over a month just to get an estimate. She finally comes out and guarantees a proposal the same day or next. Miamicrete put a new 1inch layer of asphalt over my existing driveway last June- they subbed the job out to another contractor & when I pointed out scalloped edges to Enrique he assured me he would make it right. Spent the next 3 months trying to get him to fix it - he kept promising to correct it but never did. He kept saying next week but just disappeared. Now I have to seal it because it’s crumbling in places!!Don’t pay this company in full until you are satisfied with the work. Less

Friendly at first, but then lots of excuses with the delays....when finally done it looked ok until all the pavers cracked within weeks. When I mentioned this to Aida, I was told concrete always cracks and that I signed the contract that acknowledged this. Spent thousands repairing with another company. Less

Aida the Sale Manager came by my house on Saturday, she got the measurements for the job, and promised to get back to me with the estimate by Monday, she didn't call, I called her on Tuesday and she told me that she was working on it, and that I should get it the next day, but that never happened. What an awesome experience working with this company to install new pavers in our backyard. We live in a townhouse and our entire backyard was in disrepair with unlevel and broken pavers and a section that was just dirt. Rodrigo stopped by months ago (we weren't quite ready for the project, just getting ideas), provided some ideas and a quote. When we contacted Miamicrete again after the first of the year, Enrique (owner) personally answered our multitude of questions. Once we decided on a paver style and color he quickly worked us into the schedule -- as in the same week! Initially he said the job would take 3 days; however his crew showed up -- on the day they said they would and EARLY. They were fast, accurate, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job prepping the site. The next morning they showed up again EARLY, got right to work and leveled the entire area, installed the pavers, added 2 steps (due to the amount of leveling) that we weren't expecting and finished the job.
