Just a few months in, and already feeling such a difference! Once I hit 50, I noticed my strength decline and I felt like a lump. Decided to do something about it, and joined Alloy. What I needed was motivation and not to be intimidated by a gym environment. I also have no idea what I’m doing, so I need guidance. Alloy has all of that! Small group sessions with both women and men like myself. Lots of guidance, customizable for previously injured areas, patience, and accountability. I book myself sessions on the app (or they can do it for you), and I go spend an hour twice a week. Super easy.So far, I’ve gained muscle, lost fat, improved my balance , and met some fun people in sessions with me. The trainers are great and very easy to work with. Shoutout to Daniel, Alex, Chase, and James!
