It's hard to capture in a short review just how Lyndon is miles and miles above any builder I've ever encountered. This is someone with great creativity, skills, communication and transparency, who genuinely treats your project as his own. He did a kitchen demo & rebuild for me, and the finished product makes me want to cook every meal at home. While every renovation comes with its own headaches and challenges, I can't count the number of times I said "but thank god my builder is amazing!"Just one example (of many and many) where Lyndon went above and beyond: After I chose my fridge, a walkway became slightly narrower than expected. It wasn't a disaster but it would have been slightly annoying, forever. Despite the fact that the wall and load-bearing post had already been built and plastered, Lyndon called his engineer back, pulled the whole thing apart, and rebuilt it using a cantilevered custom bracket to buy me an extra 11cm. When he was able to get the plasterers to come back and fix it at the same time as another job, he passed that savings directly onto me and charged less than the original quote for the adjustment.This is the attitude, expertise, honesty and flexibility you get when you work with a builder of this calibre. I have heaps more examples but unfortunately this review has a limited character count.I genuinely don't think I'd take on another renovation unless Lyndon is available for the job. I'm actually kind of regretting writing this review in case he gets busier... I can't imagine anyone who's worked with him would ever go elsewhere again. Thanks Lyndon!! You're a legend.

Our backyard deck was badly damaged by the 2022 floods. It was very hard to find a builder at the time and other builders quoted unreasonably high costs. Lyndon was very busy at the time as well but was willing to make time for us to see how he could help. He listened to our reconstruction vision attentively and was very professional in his advice. He provided a very reasonable and competitive quotation for the project. During the entire process, he communicated well and updated me regularly regarding his progress. He was very prompt at replying to my messages. We ended up asking Lyndon to do a bit more landscaping work around the deck to finish off the project. He managed to achieve all of this at a very reasonable cost.Overall I encountered no issue and would highly recommend Lyndon. I am extremely happy with the final product.
