If I could give a million stars, I would. Throughout my life I have seen a plethora of counselors, psychiatrists, and therapists that were in no way comparable to the support that Sheena provided me in each and every session. Sheena takes the time to get to know YOU, the real you. Not only does she take into account the healing we are in need of, but she notices and reminds us of the light we already are. If there was ever an instance I opted something in the conversation that she was not 100% sure of, I would receive an email the next day with a list of sources that I could glance at. She would also come to the next session fully equipped, ready to take on whatever challenge we became aware of. She is constantly evolving (hence the name) her work ethic and makes you feel not only seen, but heard. With her soothing voice and calming aura you can literally feel through the screen, her guided meditations broke a barrier for me that I can now use outside of her care. I would recommend Sheena to anyone looking for a holistic form of care unlike any other, and I do!! Thanks to her, my journey to self love began and I feel forever indebted for the kindness she had shown me while we were working together.

Working with Sheena has supported my personal growth and healing in tremendous ways! Our work together has drastically helped me understand myself and certain patterns so much more clearly. The best thing about our sessions is that she supports me in a way that specifically revolves around empowering me and the part I play in my own self healing and self actualizing. Firstly Sheena’s office is super comfortable and brings a sense of peace to my being as I come in. She listens so well to what I say and her presence is calming, open and inviting.She is the woman I will keep returning to over and over again.
