It was our first appointment with Heath sir and it was 0900 PM. He was not at the clinic and we engaged in a Hybrid Physio Assessment on a virtual video call. Even with a hybrid assessment, the attention given by Heath, especially for diagnosis of the knee pain of my daughter was out of the way.Mehak, who was physically present at the clinic understood the instructions given by Heath and ensured that Heath got the full picture of what Heath expected my daughter to do and gave feedback to Heath. This coordination was so seamless that it was as if Heath was right with us at the clinic.The depth of knowledge, deep experience and commitment to understand the root cause of the issue was demonstrated throughout the assessment process. Heath himself performed few exercises and checked the reflexes of my daughter.Down to earth, no non-sense and focussed attention is what we got. I am thankful to GOD for having me connect with Heath, Amruta and Mehak for my daughter's knee pain issue. I am sure the same treatment will be vetted by other staff members of HMP.

Although Heath is one of the most expensive physio centres out there; the space , the hygiene, and especially Drashan as a physio is phenomenal. If you’re with Drashan you know you're in good hands. He's very detailed in assessment and exercise and his knowledge is very reassuring.

Rohan Hulawale is treating me for mechanical heel pain secondary to plantar fasciatiis with associated heel fat pad thickening and secondary insertional Achilles tendinopathy and he’s carefully helping me getting back to walking which I was unable to earlier. I had been dealing with shoulder blade and upper back pain for almost 2 years and had tried different things without really understanding the actual cause. When I started treatment with Dr Drashan Shetty at HMP Wellness Center, he took the time to properly understand my problem and identified the main issue instead of just treating the pain temporarily.He explained everything very clearly and gave me specific exercises along with physiotherapy to strengthen the muscles and work on the root cause. Heath is outstanding.Many years ago, I suffered from knee pain despite no injury. I spent a year meeting many orthopedics and other doctors, and doing x rays and MRI scans. Nothing helped.Luckily a colleague who was into long distance running recommended I meet Heath.Heath carefully examined my foot, knee pronation, my gait and leg movements. He put me on some exercises and stretches to relax and strengthen my muscles. The knee pain I suffered for over a year disappeared within 2 weeks. Really made my life much better. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with pain or weakness in the body.

I've done a number of sessions with Chinmay, starting back in January, I've intermittently been visiting as I've been back and forth between the UK and Mumbai. The sessions have always been brilliant, very thorough examinations initially and then great stretching, mobility and strength work with detailed and thought through follow-up exercises. I've always left the sessions feeling much looser and freer of pain. I'd highly recommend.
