Sam is a true professional and always honest. Strongly recommend.

Excellent first visit. Sam made sure I was informed about the running of our heating system and the filter requirements. He was also very respectful of our house when coming and going.

Sam from Comfort Home Heating & Cooling has always been available for my clients (Real Estate) when we needed him. And his prices have always been competitive. Two things very rare to find in HVAC! Availability & Good Pricing - Tanks Sam!

I had a great experience with this HVAC contractor. He did an excellent job replacing my old system and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. You can really tell that he treats every job like it’s his own house, taking the time to make sure everything is done the right way and paying attention to the little details. The installation was done efficiently, everything was left clean, and the new system is working great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality HVAC work!

8/5/2026Our inverter system crashed in the height of summer. Sam and Julian took out the old system and installed a new one in one day...even with periodic heavy rain interruptions.THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!We highly recommend Comfort Home Heating & Cooling. Our water heater and boiler were taking up lots of space so Sam reconfigured the sytem to save space and made additional changes that made the system more efficient. Now we have more room to work with. Sam and Vinni were very accommodating and answered all our questions. Afterwards, they even went above and beyond with the clean up.9/22/2025Comfort Home Heating and Cooling just performed a yearly maintenance of our home heating unit. My husband and I were very pleased with the continued exceptional service. Sam took the time to explain every detail and even asked if we had any questions after the work was completed. This company will be our go to heating maintenance provider for LIFE!!!

Sam and his colleague came out during the heatwave, within about 30 minutes of my reaching out. They investigated the system, found the trouble, and fixed it promptly. We have separate systems for the ground floor (which was broken) and the sleeping floor. I foolishly told them not to check the second floor system that day. Within a week, I changed my mind: the first system was low on refrigerant, which made it seem as if the second might also need some attention. Again, Sam and his colleague came out quickly, checked the system quickly (again, low on refrigerant). Sam also went above and beyond the call of duty, showing me how to replace a filter on a minisplit in the attic and also checking the attic installation of the second floor unit. Sam explains things well and seems to focus on delivering excellent service. I highly recommend.

Great job diagnosing the issues without pushing extensive or not needed repairs. Ontime, respectful, reasonable rates and explains everything clearly so you can understand and make the right decision.

Sam was great to work with. He came right on time, made sure he kept the work area clean, and informed me about any issues as soon as they came up. The price was also very reasonable. I look forward to future work with Comfort Home!

It was truly a pleasure working with Sam and Julian. I called Sam and he came out to our house the next day. We had an old, ailing HVAC that was running up our electricity bills. Sam gave us the option of either fixing the old HVAC or replacing it. We decided to replace the old HVAC for a new one based of our own accord. To address the problem of high electric bills, Sam recommended a model of HVAC system (Bosch inverter system) that is highly efficient and runs on very low amps at a better than fair price. Sam was always extremely punctual and very quick to respond to our inquiries and requests. Like another commenter said, Sam even wore “slippers” under his shoes to keep our home’s floors clean. On the day of work, they even laid out fabric sheets covering all over our floors to keep them clean from dust and debris.Sam and his colleagues toiled under a 100+ degree heat wave to get our new HVAC up and running (getting rid of the old HVAC system and replacing it with the new unit). And they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Comfort Home Heating and Cooling to anybody needing HVAC services!

Jano was honest and knowledgeable about the new system I needed. It was a pleasure to have a trust worthy contractor.

Many thanks to Sam @Comfort Home Heating and Cooling! Wonderful service! Promptly arrived at my home and replaced the capacitor on my a/c unit, explained everything to me and had my home cool in no time. I’d give them 10 stars, if I could. 👍😊

Sam and his colleague was prompt, courteous, and professional. He respected my home and showed me what he was doing with every step of cleaning my PTAC units. I will be using Comfort Home Heating and Cooling for years to come.

Sam was amazing. He replaced our entire HVAC system and reoriented the pipes, tubing and wires in the proper place. He explained all the features of the new Bosch unit and cleaned up the entire area. He also protected our floors from dirt and misc debris. You will not be disappointed if you use his company!

Sam’s speed is very fast , called in the morning and he diagnosed in the afternoon. The second day he gave me the result and told me what should I prevent in the future.

Sam is very professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He has a very late schedule making it convenient for anyone.Always taking care of any situation related to the HVAC.

Had our boiler cleaned and serviced by Sam. Got us up and running back in the winter. Saved us!!!!! Today he replaced our water heater. Sam is always professional and a pleasure to speak with. We highly recommend him for all your heating/cooling needs! Thank you Sam!!

Amazing response time and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Will definitely be hiring them again!

Sam and his team did a great job at troubleshooting my A/C unit. They were friendly, professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Will use them again for any future concerns.

They did great job with the installation of our new heading pomp- central air-conditioning

We recently had a full system replacement. From start to finish Sam and his team were great. Sam came out for an assessment and a quote. He answered all of our questions and recommended some improvements that would help the new system perform better than the old one. On installation day they showed up on time. They kept us updated throughout the process and took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up before they left. He documented everything and explained what they did and told us what we needed to do to validate the warranty. I would definitely recommend comfort home heating and cooling.

Sam and his crew replaced my boiler and hot water heater with a new upgraded system. They completed the job on the timeline that we had discussed and they kept the work environment clean. I am very pleased with the work they have done and I would recommend comfort home heating and cooling. I have also used this company to service my air-conditioning unit as well and have been very pleased with the work.Update: the heating system works great, kept us warm all winter! So very happy with the new system.I also use the company for my AC unit tune ups and it's been a great experience. Sam is very knowledgeable about the heating and A/C units, he keeps them running well throughout the year.

Sam took the time to explain the pros and cons of every option for heating and cooling my home. He put a lot of time and effort in redesigning and modifying my existing ductwork in order to maximize the airflow. The HVAC system works beautifully! The work was completed within the timeframe he gave. I Highly recommend Comfort heating and cooling.

Sam was able to respond quickly and establish an appointment the same day that I reached out. When he arrived, he was extremely helpful, upfront about issues with my A/C, the costs, and with even wearing “slippers” within my house to avoid dirtying the floors. I would definitely recommend his services and would hire them again if ever needed.

Sam was fabulous. He had great recommendations, explained everything to us clearly, was efficient, responsive, reliable, and lovely to work with. He installed a mini split in my new office, so we can enjoy our enclosed sun porch year round. Thank you so much, Sam. Thinking of asking him to replace all the mini splits in our home because we are so impressed with his work, his knowledge, and the Mitsubishi product (but he told us to wait and see how the already-installed units work to save us money). We highly recommend Comfort Home and will be calling Sam for all our heating and cooling needs!

Sam was a life saver! We had another company look at our oil furnace and heat pump combo system back in February. They informed us that a new thermostat was required and charged us over $1,000.00 for it. We had to call them back out 2 weeks later because we were having the same issue of the thermostat not connecting to the furnace. They messed with the wiring and got our heat working.Mid April we get a random heat wave and the tempos are 80 degrees amd up, so if course we set the thermostat to cool. The heat pump kicks on and instead of cool air it's pumping out hot. Needless to say we weren't interested in the old company trying to repair this.I came across Sam and all of his wonderful reviews and gave him a call. I'm so glad I did! He was out same day, had run a variety of tests before confirming the thermostat was the problem. He uninstalled the old thermostat and replaced it. He repeated his tests to mak sure everything was functioning properly and we had cold air! He was very honest that given our system, he recommends a different thermostat so that it can detect the temperature and swap between the units automatically instead of manually requiring assistance. We'll absolutely be reaching out to him once the new thermostat arrives. We'll be recommending Sam to anyone eho expresses HVAC needs. Thank you again Sam!

Sam is a really nice guy. He knows his stuff and had the work done quickly.

Sam came within 30 minutes of calling, got the job done within an hour and gave me the best price. Don’t need to look anywhere else call him today !
