I came across a Facebook ad for a $119 whole house cleaning. In my experience with other companies I knew that there are often pretty strict size restrictions and lots of up-charges for extra square footage so when I spoke to someone on the phone I made sure to let them know the square footage of the rooms I needed done and let them know the condition of the carpet/staining to get a full price quote so I wouldn't be surprised when the tech showed up and quoted me more. We were able to get two very large rooms (master bedroom and playroom with hallway) done for the $119 price and then there was an extra $35 fee per room for stain treatment. My rooms were in rough shape from my kids...play dough ground into the carpet, ink spots from pens taken apart, random bits of food stains (despite not being allowed to have food upstairs). It looked so bad. I know we will need to have the floors redone at some point but I was looking to buy some time as we save up and find time to do that. Will was our technician and he showed up not the earlier end of the time frame quoted (so we didn't have to wait around for two hours) and was able to get the carpets cleaner than I expected. I am shocked at how nice they look and how much of the stains he was able to get out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and worked efficiently. The cleaning took about two hours, (which is what was estimated to me over the phone). He honored the price I was quoted over the phone as well even though he initially thought it would be more. Hopefully my kids will take better care of the space this time but if not, I know who to call for the next cleaning.

Roman was great… offered resourceful information on how to keep my carpet clean due to me having a black lab. Allowed me to know that everything was non-toxic for my kids, family and pet. He did a phenomenal job! My carpet looks great!!
