Miscommunications are a fact of life. We had one, but the owner of Vinx called me personally. He did not call to blame or argue, but to sincerely see what could be improved on their end. He listened carefully, apologized, and vowed to work on that with the staff. Conflicts can escalate quickly when emotionally charged and both parties defensive. But his respectful professionalism eliminated that element.Conflict resolved.Excellent.

Mike came out and took great care of our yard today. We’ve been using Vinx since 2021 and we have zero complaints about it. We’ve never had any issues with bugs and if we ever had any concerns they fixed it and came out within the week. Mike was very informative and helpful with any and all questions we had.
