He takes into account injuries, predispositions, and strengths, maximizing everyone’s potential. The sessions are welcoming, never overcrowded, and the atmosphere is fantastic, creating a real sense of community where everyone supports each other. Mody is also great with nutrition advice and is incredibly patient and supportive, adapting perfectly to everyone, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.
If you’re looking for great sessions to improve your fitness and find the gym overwhelming, I highly recommend Mody’s semi-private sessions.
