The Landall Group has been amazing from start to finish on a major floor issue we had occur in our home. Our hardwood had bowed up from a leak in the waterline to the refrigerator.We worked through our insurance company and landall made everything as easy as they could for us. From prompt and well done mitigation work on clearing out the damaged flooring to the restoration side of things and all the communication and coordination it took to get things done, hands down I would request to use them again.Specifically the two project managers on our case, Graelon and Tristan, were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The work was done well and always within the timeframe they said it would be. I couldn't have been happier with a contractor company.

The Landall Group did a superb job on the restoration of my home. I was always treated fairly, had options regarding replacement rugs, kitchen and bathroom floorings, and given a schedule of restoration projects in advance. The Project Manager, Graelon Sutherland, was outstanding. He always kept me informed as restoration progressed. I consider him the consummate professional, who always treated me with respect.

We were out of state when a water pipe broke and flooded our house. The crew showed up a couple hours after being notified of the problem. Worked into the evening get dryers setup and equipment set to mitigate damage. Several weeks of work was done great professionally working crew. Thanks

Matt & his team are professional and friendly. Our kitchen floor was flooded. Matt & his team ripped up our floor, brought in their equipment and made sure our floor was completely dry. They cleaned up after all was done. We are very pleased with their work and their were no delays on their part. We recommend them and would use them again. Thank you Matt & Team.

Jon and team were awesome. My refrigerator had a leak i didn't know about and caused a bunch of damage to my hardwood flooring. After talking with my home insurance, I received a call from Jon within the hour to let me know they were on the way. The whole landall team was courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain each part of the process with me to make sure I felt comfortable with what was going on. I was also happy with their quality of work throughout the time they spent at my house. Landall dealt directly with my insurance so I didn't have to do anything and I requested their same company to do the rebuild portion as well with my insurance. Would definitely recommend these guys. I am going into a different field of work. Everyone will be missed.

Very unprofessional and dodgy. Wouldn't recommend this company for any of their services. I arrived to pick up a check for a job my family's business completed for them. Not only did they not help me (I heard people in their office but they refused to come out and provide service) they mailed out the check I was coming to pick up without notifying my family or me ahead of time. So they wasted a few hours of my time. If you need restoration or construction services, you'd best look elsewhere. Because I'm positive this company will waste your time as well.

I trusted my insurance company's recommendation to go with Landall Restoration. I wanted to know more about their fees. They were not upfront with their fees. They told me not to worry because my insurance will pay for it. They had no schedule. They came whenever feel like it. Gave less than an hour notice. They don't think I have a job too... when they came, they didn't know what they were doing, I had to point wet areas out. They didn't put blowers where the pipe broke or turned them off, and they still charged me. Then they used my toilet and plugged it. The water was shut off because of the broken pipe. I filed a formal complaint with their HR director, and she sent out the same people. She said they just hired new people and they need training. Well, don't train them at my expense. She told me they would clean my toilet. Also left my gate open and lights on. When i arrived at home I was scared someone broke into my house. Well, I fired them. When they came to pick up the equipment and I asked them about the toilet, they laughed into my face. Still today, no one apologized or cleaned or adjusted the bill. Never ever hire them! Also, filed a formal complaint with BBB
