Steve came at quite short notice and is clearly an expert on my type of garage door. The mechanism was damaged as a result of being lowered and catching part of my car which wasn’t fully garaged. Steve was a really nice guy who didn’t mind me watching the repair process. After repair and service the door operates silky smooth. Thoroughly recommend NWSM for this kind of work and they will be servicing this door in future.
