Went in with my (recently) late mother-in-law’s titanium ring for resizing at lunch time and they were finished resizing within 2 hours, gave us maintenance instructions and told us to feel free to go back every month for a cleaning and make sure that the ring is ok. We compared prices elsewhere, but because it’s a titanium ring with small diamonds across the front half with a slight dip in the middle, it was trickier to resize. Some places said they wouldn’t resize it, another place told us the diamonds might fall out after resizing. Anyways, it was great that we chose Enalie. They did a quick and beautiful job♥️🙌

The middle diamond of my wedding ring had fallen out due to damaged prong(s). My husband and I went to Enalie Jewelers since we wanted to go to a reputable jeweler to have the gemstone replaced. The owner took his time with us and we were very pleased that he actually included us in the "analysis process" letting use the tool to see for ourselves. My 32 year old wedding ring looks the same as the day it was purchased...except replaced with a bigger center diamond that we could not have quite afforded 32 years ago!! :) The workmanship is top notch and it is so well cleaned and polished...yes, it looks brand new!! We felt that the price was very reasonable for the quality of the diamond and the workmanship. The ring was ready for pick the next day! He customized a beautiful engagement ring and with some sentimental diamonds add to it. I felt like he read my mind with exactly what I wanted with my budget. I brought my wedding ring to Enalie Jewelers for resizing. It had been too big for a long time and I didn’t ever get it resized because I didn’t know where to go AND not being a fancy type of girl, had felt very intimidated in jewelry stores before. A friend told me about Enalie and I loved the fact that it was close to my home and not a chain store. I was treated so kindly and I didn’t feel intimidated or nervous. Everything was explained to me perfectly. My ring was resized in 24 hours and on top of it, they did some extra special things to it so that it would look even more beautiful. Free of charge. For the gist: This is a clean elegant establishment, with personable owners who won’t push anything on you. The prices are extremely fair for the work done. And the work itself is beautiful and timely. 10/10 would recommend For the details: Last Thursday, after losing my bracelet for the fourth time in a month, and a mini heart attack in the two hours it took to locate it, I decided it was about time to fix the clasp. I called enalie jewelers, after finding them on google. Gary refused to give me even a tentative quote over the phone, so I went in, and took with me another piece I’d been meaning to shorten. I was greeted warmly by him and his wife. He took a look at my jewelry, and listened to me explain what I wanted done to them. For the bracelet, he recommended a safety clasp. The necklace I wanted it shortened and the removed pieces turned into earrings. He was patient in explaining to me why he may not be able to do that, and if he were it would be an expensive repair. The “expense” he kindly warned me about turned out to be an extremely reasonable price for the work I wanted done. We agreed that it would be complete by the end of the following week. Enalie called me on Tuesday, letting me know that my pieces were ready for pickup, a few days earlier than I expected. When I picked up my jewelry they even had a new piece very specific to my taste n gave me an AMAZING price on it. It honestly feels amazing to be heard on your likes and have the owners remember you when you return. I’ll never go anywhere else.
