Stivan plumbing came in to fix my sinking bathroom floor and very water damaged ceiling due to a terrible leak. It took some time but I have to say it was worth the wait. the work they did is incredible, I am so happy with the way it turned out. They replaced the floor with a beautiful large marble like tile and the ceiling was patched and smoothed over like new. Thank you VERY Much to Stivan and the hard workers that got it done. Here's why I'm giving Stivan a five star review. My first interaction was with a receptionist, who answered the phone right away and did a great job of managing communications and scheduling service. My problem was a leak in a cold water pipe buried under the house. They found the location of the leak, found a better path for the pipe through the house, and used high quality copper for the new plumbing. They billed me the same amount as the original estimate, which was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
