We recently visited Circle Vet, and it has been, by far, one of the warmest and most genuine veterinary experiences we’ve had.As a fur mom, I tend to be very meticulous. Like many pet parents, there are times I have doubts but still follow a vet’s instructions because I want the best for my baby. Sometimes, you even question if certain procedures are truly necessary, especially during the first visit.What really stood out to me here was the sincerity of care from the reception all the way to the consultation.Ms. Dee at reception was incredibly accommodating. She made sure all the information was clearly explained and that we fully understood everything. You can feel that she genuinely cares, not just about the process, but about both the fur parents and their pets.Dr. Mamoon, on the other hand, was calm, patient, and empathetic. Our cat, who previously had trauma due to rough handling at another clinic, surprisingly cooperated so well this time. That alone says a lot.What I truly appreciated was that I never felt blindsided. Dr. Mamoon carefully explained his observations as he conducted the examination. He walked us through each step, discussed different options, and clearly laid out the pros and cons, allowing us to make informed decisions.For me, what makes this place stand out is that we finally found a clinic where both the receptionist and the doctor genuinely care not just for the pets, but also for the parents.Highly recommended. 🐾

I’m truly so thankful to Dr.Mamoon at Circle Vet Clinic for saving my furbaby cat, Smash,during his pneumonia. It was a very stressful and scary time for us but he was so caring,patient and reassuring every step of the way. Seeing Smash recover means everything to us.A big thank you as well to Dee at reception,she was incredibly kind and helpful with all the bookings and follow-ups,which really eased our worries.The only concern I had was noticing some people vaping inside the clinic, which felt uncomfortable and not appropriate in a place caring for pets.Despite that,I’m genuinely grateful for the compassion and care we received.Highly recommended.

Honestly, Dr. Mina is the sweetest and most caring vet you could ever wish for your pet.I found a little kitty limping on the street with the most beautiful eyes. She was so affectionate and gentle that I just couldn’t leave her there. I panicked and called the clinic, and Dr. Mina personally answered. He was incredibly kind and immediately told me to bring her in, that they would take care of her.At the time, I wasn’t sure if I could keep her since I already have a cat who has been alone with me for 8 years. Still, I offered to at least cover her treatment until she could find a home. Dr. Mina generously offered a 50% discount because she was a rescue, which meant so much.The kitty stayed at the clinic for a week to recover from a paw injury. During that time, Dr. let me to visit her daily and I completely fell in love with her calm, sweet nature and decided to get her spayed and try introducing her to my cat.It’s now day 3, and they’re slowly getting to know each other. I genuinely believe they’re going to become best friends!Thank you so much, Dr. Mina, for your kindness, patience, and for taking such great care of her until she was ready to meet her new family. 🐈‍⬛🖤
