Self-Treating with Mendability at the moment. My anxiety is decreasing, my mind feels more usable, agile and able to take advantage of short term memory more. I get lost around the house in my thoughts less. I am in a better mood just generally. As an ex-coach I absolutely agree with the principle that praxis and theory are different things!😁

we have seen improvements in many areas thanks to Mendability, we have been doing Mendability for more than a year. My son is much calmer and have better self regulation.

I came across this programme during the tough times of the lockdown due to Covid 19. I felt so hopeless and sad as my almost 5 years old nonverbal autistic son was left with no therapies nor school for several months. At first I didn’t think too much about it in spite of all evidence provided but I was really eager to do something for my son so I’ve joined. One of the best decisions ever. My son’s focus and memory had drastically improved, his mouthing we’ve been fighting for more than one year is decreasing, he can now stay still, waiting nicely and most important he is starting to say his first words and to point towards the things he wants. It’s only been 2 months and a half for us and I am really excited to see what the future will bring! The exercises are relatively easy, my son actually enjoys most of them. We also got great ideas about enriching our environment and they have all helped. A big thank you goes to Kent, our super coach who supported us all the way and cheered for us when things were not that great.

The results we see using the Mendability program for our 15 year old previously mostly nonverbal son feel nothing short of a miracle! Six months ago, we were struggling with a very frustrated and angry young man. He is so much more calm, happy, and connected! We have seen improvements in his sleep. Where we felt at a stand still, we are now GOING FORWARD! We hear a new word almost every day and it still thrills and surprises us! We HIGHLY recommend Mendability. My 15 year old son who is mostly nonverbal has been doing Mendability for only a month. Already we see huge changes. He's sleeping better, has a lot less anxiety, and is starting to use more words. All across his many activities his teachers and coaches have noticed more attention and cooperation as well as being more relaxed. As someone who has tried lots of different therapy programs, I highly recommend Mendability. I wouldn't say that about many other therapies. The staff is very supportive and will guide you along the way. This is the easiest most effective therapy we have tried.
