My symptoms have been cleared up since I took on Dr, Christine's 12 week program. Right now I am at the 9 week and feeling almost normal again.

God Bless Dr. Christine for creating Carb Smart-45! I just started my second bottle of it and cannot thank her enough for her ingenuity in designing such an amazing product. I’ve been dealing with psoriatic arthritis that was diagnosed in March 2010 and have been on a holistic journey since June 2011 when I chose to ditch the toxic pharmaceutical that started showing wear and tear on my liver function. I’ve had lots of success with nutritional supplements these last 14 years at controlling the arthritis pain but have not had complete clearing of the psoriasis so far. I had recently developed IBS-D over the last year that was keeping me home bound on occasion as well. After opening my second bottle of Smart Carb-45 the other week I now need to share my utter joy with you.First, I cannot believe the difference with the IBS. I now feel I can free up space in my purse that the bottle of Imodium caplets are taking up. It is now replaced with a stash of Smart Carb-45 capsules!Second, I cannot believe how my skin is clearing of the psoriasis. Every time I would start a new “miracle” supplement I would take before pictures of my psoriasis. Can you believe I did not take before pictures when I started the Smart Carb? I wish I had because my skin is clearing beautifully. I always knew that psoriasis is a result of poor digestion and it is now very obvious to me I should have been on digestive enzymes a very long time ago. A friend of mine shared info with me about Smart Carb-45 many months ago and it took months later until I finally ordered it. In hindsight, I could kick myself for not ordering it as soon as my friend shared info with me on how it was helping her along with Dr. Christine's coaching as well.I enjoy following Dr. Christine on social media and receiving her regular educational emails. She has so much information to offer.Having clear skin for the first time in over a decade has been a very long awaited dream come true. I don’t have complete clearing yet but my gut (no pun intended) is telling me that continued use of Smart Carb is what is going to bring complete clearing of my skin.

Dr Christine is totally involved with each patient & their conditions. She is very available for concerns & questions. I started going to her office 2 years ago when I was TOTALLY AT MY END with my many years of GI problems. I suffered w constipation & loose stools, bloating-distended belly for most of my adult life. Any prescribed or OTC remedy I tried did not help. One day, I found Dr Christine’s GUT DOCTOR ad in a health magazines as I left Better Health. I was pretty desperate when I met with her in consultation. I was willing to follow her directions.
