When I first met with Dr. Mike, I explained that I’d been experiencing aches and pains from doing CrossFit and olympic weightlifting. My goal was to develop a routine that would strengthen my muscles while allowing me to train and perform without injury. As a competitive athlete himself, he immediately understood my needs. He collaborated with me to create an effective warm-up and cool-down routine, along with plenty of strengthening exercises to keep me healthy and injury-free.After a few months, I was able to set a new PR on a lift without relying on knee sleeves and completely pain-free, which was an incredible milestone. Dr. Mike continues to give me great tools and tips to help me progress towards my lifting goals while maintaining a healthy body.
