Jim and his staff made our home buying experience a breeze. Jim met with us early in the process, clearly defined what we could afford and provided us several options on how we could borrow and what the pros/cons were. In a challenging buyers market we really needed a responsive lender and Jim was just that. Not only did we appreciate Jim's responsiveness but our realtor noted over and over again how lucky we were to be working with his team. At the end of the process his team lead us through all the details and even followed up after all the paperwork was signed to ensure we were all set. We can't thank Jim enough and will most certainly use him in the future.
