As a healthcare professional I do NOT recommend doing business with them. We hired Custom Maids over a month ago and each week a completely different team came over to do the same mediocre work. Loose crumbs were left on the dining table, floors were unswept, appliances were not wiped down as requested. I wondered what it was that they were doing for the entire hour. One time the office sent the team back to redo the cleaning. Just today when the team arrived my mother-in-law happened to be here and thanked the team for helping me keep up with the housework while I put in many extra hours at the hospital. One woman stopped in her tracks and stated that she did not feel safe cleaning my home and the team left without entering. I called the office to explain that I have been working in a COVID ICU for the last three months and have been tested twice, including an antibody test, and both have come back negative. No members of my family have been sick since before the pandemic. I wear proper personal protective equipment and do my utmost to keep my patients and the public safe. Despite this the manager could not guarantee that a team would be available to complete the clean. My home is as safe, if not safer for lack of traffic, than the grocery stores or gas stations which I am sure their staff frequents. I canceled their services. Less

The BEST maid service in the tri-cities! The staff is excellent and thorough. The office staff is always available and very friendly. They don't get mad if you have to reschedule our whatever. You can be home while they clean or give them a key that gets locked up and checked in at the end if the day. I have tried other services and the results were not good. This company sends a working 'supervisor' (usually the same one so you get to know them and trust them, that's when I gave them a key) and they get an assistant or 2 which sometimes rotate.... and they clean your whole house. Each time they visit you can choose which (area) to do a deep cleaning on and they scour that area. It saves money because you don't need deep cleaning be every week so why pay for it? If you're having an event or something just call the office ahead and they can deep clean more areas or customize your plan. Actually they'll customize any way you want. If you only want them to dust and vacuum to save money or just clean kitchen and bathrooms, they'll do that too. I had to do that for a while when I was laid off and money was tight.... They've been around like a long time and they know their business. Give them a try, you won't regret it. Save your time for the important things and let them do the dirty work! Less
