We worked with Kamran to install new flooring in our kitchen. There were so many options (wood, tile, vinyl, etc) and he helped us narrow it down to some waterproof choices. We took the floor samples home and decided on the color/ pattern. Kamran came out to measure, gave recommendations and anticipated schedule. We received a very good estimate and had it installed. They were able to install the 650 sf floor in 1/2 a day. It would have taken me 3-4 days. We are extremely satisfied with Kamran, Floormax and the installers. FLOORMAX installed all the floors in our new home. The selection and service was incredible. Joe & his team did outstanding work and made it effortless on our part from selection to finished projects. We ripped out all the builder-grade garbage and replaced the first floor with a beautiful tigerwood coordinating with a variable width maple in our family room and an amazing cork floor in my office. The basement was all LVP. The MBR was tigerwood and the other bedrooms are carpet. We finished it with a stylish patterned runner down the front stairway. All bathrooms in porcelain and they helped with handicap access to accommodate my injury. We couldn't be more pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Less

So happy with our new floor and service from FloorMax. They put a new LVP kitchen floor in for us. It didn't go smoothly, but they worked hard at having it turn out well. We had a new glue down luxury vinyl plank floor installed by FloorMax in December, as part of a kitchen remodeling. Unfortunately, some tiles came loose. We contacted FloorMax and they sent out a repair team. Sadly, 2 days later, more loose tiles. Contacted FloorMax and they got with the manufacturer, went over everything, and determined they would redo the floor. Now they've come and redone the floor in full, no charge to us, and everything looks great. They installation crew is tidy and conscientious. Would definitely recommend. Less

We chose LVP tile and had it installed in our kitchen. After a few days the tiles started lifting about 12 of them. I was very upset and went to the top at Floormax and talked to Joe Jovinelli He /they were great to deal with and the stood behind their installation . Joe said that he was going to look into it and keep be informed and that was what he did every step of the way. They came out and made the repairs ,and guess what it did it again!!Joe was right on it and next step Floormax replace the entire floor and luwan wood under the floor . A compete new floor at no charge to us. I can really recommend Floor max and Joe!! Less
