Having bought a new build property from this developer, the way we have been treated has been a disgrace.Considering their website states that he has ‘dedication to quality and customer satisfaction’, Kevin Edge openly mocked that for months since we moved in I have been kept awake every night by a plumbing issue, which has still not been resolved.The process of addressing extensive snagging issues and poor finish of the property has also clearly been designed to dissuade people from following up on overt inaction from the developer: a contact number that goes straight to answer machine and is obviously never monitored alongside unanswered emails and empty promises that workers will attend.Our neighbours in the same new build development have also had a catalogue of issues with their property and the same lack of care from this company.I would urge prospective clients or buyers of properties developed by this company to at least bear this review in mind when making such an important decision on their future property.
