From the time i walked into Temecula Horning and Aesthetics, i felt a calm feeling coming over me. Emalee made feel comfortable right from the start and explained the whole process of My facial was going to entail.The surroundings were very warm and the music was very relaxing. Appointment time was kept. Had a consult and got botox. The solution was dripping out of the needle and running down my face (the injector kept apologizing saying these needles did that). I wonder if I even received the number of units I paid for (injector said she put in extra 🤔). I made a follow up appointment for areas that did not have the result I wanted and received a cancellation notice an hour before the appointment saying they no longer had a person to perform the injections and didn’t know when they would have one. No attempts so far to fix the situation. The only follow up so far was a text to rate my experience. So here it is……
