We were very satisfied with their service from start to finish. Ricky came initially, crawled up into our attic, went on the roof, and diagnosed the problem as faulty ridge vents. Ricky was very personable and competent. When finally the roof cleared of snow and ice, and it was safe to do the job, they did a very good and efficient job.

Great quality of work. Replaced a leaking skylight including repairing carpenter ant damaged wood. Installed rubber membrane under flashing around skylight to protect roof better than before. Also did quick repair sealing a leaky valley, no extra charge.

Brad Smith and co. did a great job on our entire Cleveland Hts. roof. Not easy job as the 95 year old house is 3 stories, with multiple facets. The initial process -- evaluation, recommendation, agreement -- worked well. The job was completed while we were out of town, the cleanup was excellent, there was no residual damage to shrubbery or hardscape. Sean shared photos of the project in its stages which confirmed their judgment about the several boards that needed replaced.Some patience is required: responses to emails and phone calls sometimes were not as quick as we wanted.We have used Brad Smith for 30 years and will continue.

We recently had a roof leak in a Lakewood house that developed after a storm. Turns out the entire roof needed to be replaced. It was an insurance claim and they worked with the insurance company to schedule the inspection, assessment and work. Due to weather, it required several attempts to complete the evaluation. Dan did the initial temporary fix and Jack communicated with the insurance company in a timely manner to get the claim paid. Robyn was very helpful in regards to billing. The job was done well, and they were respectful of neighbors and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

I've had Brad Smith Roofing perform a few minor repairs to my roof over the years. Due to the recent high winds, we noticed a shingle missing. Jack quickly provided an estimate and then scheduled John and John to perform the work. All were great and I am very satisfied with their work.
