About a year ago I hired a contractor to remodel my master bathroom based on a recommendation on neighborhood social media. That turns out to be a total disaster... the job was sub-contracted to someone else which at the end never finished it. Then something amazing happened to me - I met Kenneth from Applause Repairs & Remodeling. He was really busy with some other jobs at that time, but he knew I was in big trouble so he agreed to help me out to complete the unfinished job - well, it was more of a 're-do' of the remodeling because he had to torn everything down and rebuild it. Due to his other jobs, sometimes he had to come during the night and weekend. I really appreciate his kindness. Kenneth's quality of work was really awesome.
