I’ve been attending the cardio boxing class at Pulse consistently for a year now, and it really helped get me out of my activity slump. Not only have I gotten stronger, but I’ve learned a new skill and look forward to each class and continuing to improve. The members are super friendly and encouraging. Huge shoutout to the coaches, especially Coach Kenn, for building an effective, fun program and an awesome community. Great class if you’re looking for a new cardio workout or want to learn technical boxing. I can’t recommend it enough!

I have had blood pressure issues and last year I ended up in the hospital. In February my wife bought me a membership at Pulse and I have been going since. It has definitely helped me in maintaining healthy pressure. The workouts are what I needed to help me get back to health. My blood vessels have relaxed and my last two doctor visits have been great. I appreciate Pulse for getting me back to health. Coaches are great! The workouts are sometimes challenging but the coaches are incredibly helpful and you can go at your own pace. If you are still thinking about joining, stop, make the call and join. You won’t regret it.-Marco

I joined Pulse about three weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. It had been a couple of years since I last worked out, and this is exactly what I was hoping for. The classes are structured, and the trainers are actively engaged—guiding you, motivating you, and pushing you at the right pace. They also offer a great variety of class times, including evenings, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Pulse Training Center and their team.

Pulse is great! I've been a member for almost a year and have enjoyed every 5AM class I've attended. All the Trainers are very knowledgeable and are easy to work with. Fellow members are all respectful and it's a great environment to make new friends.
