At first our expectations were not aligned, but I called Jason and told him, and he told me it was important to him that all his customers were happy, and he sent his whole crew back for a second day to make sure the project met my expectations. We needed 8-9 foot clusia for our back yard. Ordered them on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday to our home in Fort Lauderdale.
