They did not give deposit back also terrible service I spent a lot of money with them because I needed the car to get to work they took advantage of all the money I spent also they charge for insurance but they pay under 40$ for their insurance and it’s not registered in Michigan so u will keep getting pulled over also please be advised they are allowed to give you messed up cars but you have to pay on time and the original prices which is not fair please DO NOT BOOK !!

Do not rent. They will come up will things saying the car was trashed and they had to send it to the detailer to not give deposit back or that it has something mechanical which in fact already had these problems. The vehicle wasn’t trashed but vehicle needed to be vacuumed and did have food crumbs but no it wasn’t trashed. Save your time and go through enterprise, hertz or something even Turo

So… I seen their ad on facebook and I thought it was too good to be true. Then, a tow truck driver referred me to EZ Keys. Best referral I ever received! Their customer service was excellent. When I had an issue, it was addressed right away. I had fun with their car selection. Their prices are very reasonable.They really made everything EZ I’d highly recommend.
