Genaro is a professional at what he does. He was recommended to me by my neighbor who has worked with him in the past. It may take a bit of extra time to communicate everything in detail but his quality of work is excellent and his price is fair. He is knowledgeable and can recommend the best design for long term durability. I would hire him again.

I had the pleasure to work with Sanchez Construction on two different projects. One was a small outdoor cabinet designed to hide a large electrcal panel. The other was a large paver patio. In both instances the scheduling, workmanship, and final product was perfect. No troubles. just hard working individuals directed by a fine contractor.
