My wife and I started both the Taekwondo and Kickboxing programs. We are well into middle age and were a little worried that it might be too much. But we have found it to be a wonderful program. It is challenging, but the instructors take into account that we aren't spring chickens anymore. The atmosphere is really good and positive and the progression from one belt to the next on the Taekwondo side is clear and encouraging. Highly recommended. Less
