My twins do taekwondo, kids bjj and kids kickboxing. all the instructors they work with on a daily basis are knowledgeable, patient and make it fun. I started with kickboxing in October and transitioned into BJJ. Master Hamilton is very knowledgeable and a great teacher of the sport and makes it fun. Hitalo is a phenomenal BJJ instructor in all aspects. couldn't ask for better people to learn from.

My wife and I started both the Taekwondo and Kickboxing programs. We are well into middle age and were a little worried that it might be too much. But we have found it to be a wonderful program. It is challenging, but the instructors take into account that we aren't spring chickens anymore. The atmosphere is really good and positive and the progression from one belt to the next on the Taekwondo side is clear and encouraging. Highly recommended.

Impact Martials Arts has been such a great program for getting my son involved in a community that teaches great core values, such as respect, perseverance, discipline and having goals..... all things that are reinforcing what we are wanting to teach him at home!
