It was a relief to be able to get an appointment without a long wait and I felt very comfortable with my practitioner from the outset. The exercises I have been given have helped me a lot, although they are not too strenuous and easy to manage at home. I was also surprised just how much it helped to discuss my aches and pains with someone knowledgeable and kind. Even this made a big difference.

Would highly recommend County Physio. I began running recently and started to experience hip and knee pain. I saw one of the physios and she quickly diagnosed the issue and provided treatment during the appointment as well as exercises for me to do at home to complement the treatment. The pain was quickly resolved and has not reoccurred. Really professional service, knowledgable physiotherapists, great value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to go back again if needed.

Highly recommend County Physio. I came in with a long standing shoulder injury. Amy was fantastic in assessing the issue and starting me on rehab exercises. It has made a huge difference with my injury and I saw noticeable improvements from day one. Thorough Covid measures in place so very safe environment to visit at the moment. Excellent communication and service all round.
