Guys were well mannered, came hanged draping not to damage neighbors houses, cleaned up as they went along, only found 1 nail after the job was done, it was a 1 & a half days job, they had lunch on my back porch & back to work

We had water damage and called them out for a roof inspection. They came out quickly and gave us multiple options for repairs. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and helpful. Their team was efficient and did a thorough job. They definitely exceeded expectations and were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them for any future home project.

We had LOK & Partners expand and cover our back patio. Once permits were approved, they worked quickly around weather and other obstacles that could have significantly delayed progress. We were always updated on adjusted timelines and provided foresight on the next steps of the project.They did quality work at a fair price and have given us a really enjoyable outdoor space we use daily. Would recommend for any home renovation projects in the Indy area.

We had our completely unfinished attic renovated in our historic Victorian home. We had a shoe string budget and wanted to keep the look and feel of our 1910 home consistent with an upgraded attic space. LOK & Partners was the best choice my family could have made to take on this project. I gave them a very rough idea of what we wanted and Jacob was great with the planning process. He was very knowledgeable and very creative and made my loose vision come to life better and cheaper than I expected. Whenever I have any future home renovation project, I won’t call anyone else or feel the need to seek a 2nd opinion. LOK & Partners is 2nd to none and I would trust them to do anything with whatever budget you might have. A+ highly recommended.

We hired LOK Construction LLC to re-floor our entire main floor and stairs. Dan (CEO) and his crew worked together as a cohesive team to ensure that our project was completed in a timely manner and to the best of their ability. Each person who worked at our home was respectful, communicative, and well trained. We could not be happier with our new floors! Working with Josh and Dan was a pleasure and the work they did was beautiful. They helped my organization modify a kitchen for a disabled veteran who is a quadriplegic. Not only did Josh help the family get all of the aspects of the kitchen they needed - he walked them through the process and made sure they were comfortable and the job was done quickly and safely so the veteran's routine wouldn't be disturbed during the construction. The kitchen is beautiful and after working with many many constructors across the US on these types of projects, I highly recommend them to anyone as one of the most efficient contractors.

Dan came out and saved me a lot of money to repair the siding on my house. He did a wonderful job and worked on it very diligently until it was finished. Also, made sure he didnt leave any mess or nails in the yard. KEEP these guys in mind before you go to bigger, national companies. Merry Christmas and thank you LOK construction.
