Rick and his team pulled off an absolute MIRACLE of a loan when all other lenders didn't want to put in the work to get a complicated condo deal done! There wasn't any willingness to help by the HOA and other parties and most others would've taken the easier way out and just declined the loan and deprived the buyer of a great home.Rick was RELENTLESS and had 2 rounds of pulling out the impossible (the first round wasn't enough) and when he called me and said "we're clear to close..." I was still skeptical. Then escrow called and said they even pre funded the loan on their end.Rates shot up after the buyer locked, so meeting the lock deadline was crucial and he pulled it off.
