On behalf of Kathy Atkins; three years ago, the summer before my 65th birthday, I made the acquaintance of Mr. Jack Hockaday, via telephone. Taking that call turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life being that I ended up signing up with his company for Medicare Insurance services.The first year sailed along seamlessly however, the second year brought a couple unforeseen medical problems which caused me to call Jack for his advice and direction. He returned my call immediately and talked me off the ledge (I'll admit I am a handful under stress). Not only was he informative, he was genuinely concerned and showed uncommon compassion for someone who was "just a client". A major side note here, little did I know or suspect, I was calling during his family vacation!!Two weeks ago I was back on the phone to Jack to see if he could help me with what could have been a significant coverage issue with Humana. He contacted me immediately, put his administrative assistant on the case and had Humana personnel work to solve the problem within 2 days, all while being on this year's family vacation.This gentleman is Superman in my eyes. Whatever his compensation is, it's clearly not enough. He is an OUTSTANDING ambassador for your company and I will continue to direct my family and friends to him.
