I had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled. I emailed the person who was listed as my agent for the appointment and informed him that i needed to reschedule. I then found the reschedule link and rescheduled. The original person reached out several times but apparently did not see the reschedule. The 2nd appointment the agent did not call me. I have emailed and called the office and have had no response or call back. Obviously, the left hand and right hand are not in sync.
