I absolutely love and recommend my Southern Painting folks. JJ, has been with the company for a long time, is sooo knowledgeable, very respectful, and ensures the right crew is assigned to your project. The foremen that have led my various projects are equally professional, and do not dawdle.My coworker referred Southern Painting after hiring them for a couple projects himself. I selected Southern Painting out of a couple painting/wall paper removal crews because their pricing was al a carte, transparent, and fair. Other companies tried to convince me to paint every room in bulk so they “could offer discounted pricing,” and then would hike the price if I only wanted to move forward with one to two rooms at a time. We were not simply painting our interior white… the tactic did not work on us (and SP was still fairly priced comparatively).We’ve hired SP for 4 painting projects that aligned with different remodeling stages of our home. They’ve remove expensive wallpapers, tile, chair rails, added drywall, plastered, and painted 90% of my house—and most importantly, none of it feels like a downgrade because of the quality of their work!Depending on their booking season, SP can be a little hard to book next day, BUT they typically can start your project within 1-2 weeks of your call if they are not fully booked (so call ahead of “now”).If you have any hesitation on colors for your space, SP referred an interior designer to help confirm and pick colors for the rooms—she was equally amazing and easy to work with.We are nearing the end of rooms, trims, and doors that “need” to be painted. But, happy to share that since the first project in 2022, to our latest project in Feb 2025, their quality has not waned.
