I had recent dealings with Alfie about moving my super to another fund. I had one phone call and two zoom meetings with him. I did not sign off with him eventually as I found another provider that could charge me the same price as Alfie but would also include for the same price a TPD claim that I was considering to do. In short Alfie if you are reading this all was needed was a short response like ' no worries' Instead I got nothing so I presumed that he was acting like a little child and was very hurt. Sorry but this is business and I complemented him previously about his professionalism but I take that all back !! Its very rude not to respond to someone who has sent a very explanatory email outlining the reason why someone has not taken up a proposal. I conclude by saying that I still await his reply ? But really is the 'Pope a Unionist' I don't think so if he was I would have more chance of a reply !!. Less
