I first contacted leki because I had really bad shoulder pain I couldn’t even get into position for some of the exercises they wanted me to do but working with the team for 8 weeks I can now lift weights above my head Lucas helped me out with a great diet I lost over 6 kilos and feel great Jamie pushes me to my limits every session and gets me stronger and stronger the whole team are the best not only do I feel healthier and stronger but I am now a happier person the only downside is it is addictive I look forward to every session I can’t praise the team enough
