I like this flexibility. The cleaning crew was well aware of their job, completing it thoroughly without getting distracted. I was told the walls would be washed the cleaning woman said she don't clean walls. The clean woman left a note explaining she couldn't get the stove clean so she turned the self-cleaning on and told me I wouldn't have any problems finishing cleaning it myself. There's was a couple doors I had to wipe down. Didn't pull out the refrigerator and clean behind it or dust off the top of the water heater. It could be me but for a deep cleaning that cost 322 dollars I wasn't satisfied

Our appointment was scheduled for first thing in the morning, after two had past and no one showed up I started to wonder where they were. I contacted them and come to find out the cleaning crew had been in a car accident. The office staff worked diligently to get someone at our home that evening to clean in order our home. Super friendly and professional.

Hired Wet Souls to do a move out clean of our 2 bed 2 bath condo. When I went to check out the place, both toilets were still dirty, the kitchen floors weren’t mopped, the front of the oven hadn’t been cleaned, and the baseboards were half done. I called and sent pictures and they were very apologetic and sent someone else out the next day. Well, when I went back by, every part of the oven and stove was left out on the counter, the kitchen floor still had stains, and the bathroom had black gunk and water in the floor. Granted, the toilets were clean and the baseboards looked great. I know if I had called they would’ve tried to make it right, but I didn’t have the time or energy and just cleaned it up myself (I also just didn’t trust them at that point). It just sucks we paid $300 for something that I ended up fixing. I gave 2 stars for customer service, and what they did clean they did a very good job. I just wish they had the same care and attention to the entire place.
