Where my insurance failed to help, Al’s Towing came to the rescue. After sitting out in the cold with a dead car for almost 3 hours along the side of a dark road with no help in sight, I looked up local towing companies. After being met with a few harsh rejections I stumbled on Al’s. After calling and explaining my situation I only had about a 20 minute wait and was towed back home. I was greeted with concern and genuine friendliness. Once time come to pay I was surprised that there were no hidden fees and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. Payment was quick and easy and I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. While traveling from Wisconsin to Washington State to see grandkids during a very cold snap (-16 f) our truck decided not to start at a Scottsbluff Motel. Todd was very quick to assist us and get our truck to the local dealership where we could get it inside after hours on a Saturday. We were treated like royalty and were able to get back on the road in much less time than we anticipated. Highly recommend Todd and Al’s Towing. The best.

Called on a day where there was a bunch of snow and it was super cold. Todd was great he towed me car for me very nice guy great service if i ever need any towing again in the area i will definitely use these guys.

Good work. $75 labor to hook up winch and $125 for operating winch. Out quickly. Less then ten minutes after they got to us in bad conditions! Thanks for helping us. Children and I were grateful.

Todd was very helpful after towing our car from an accident. He helped us understand some insurance paperwork, and was accommodating when we needed to retrieve some personal items.
