From the time I placed a call to My Plumbing friends to the time they arrived at my home it was no more than an other. The nature of the call was a leaking hot water supply line in my outdoor kitchen. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the work was completed in approximately a half hour. Jose Lopez was exceptional. So polite and so professional. I will absolutely use My Plumbing Friends for any future plumbing needs. Wow!!!!!! My Plumbing Friends are officially our plumbers for life!!! This morning we woke up to a plumbing emergency, and I called My Plumbing Friends. First, they were so kind on the phone. I immediately felt at peace and supported. I wasn’t sure if they’d be booked today, and I was told someone would be at our house within an hour. Patrick is the plumber who came over less than an hour later, and he was AWESOME!!! He is by far the best plumber I’ve ever interacted with in my life. He was kind and I enjoyed hanging out with him. Not only did he diagnose the issue but he discovered some issues we were totally unaware of until today. He went above and beyond and we appreciate him both personally and professionally. He cleaned up after the job was done, something no other plumber has done for us before. He even took pictures of our other plumbing fixtures before he left so they’ll be prepared anytime we need help in the future. I feel totally at ease now knowing that anytime we need a plumber, we finally have support we can rely on and trust. If you’re looking for a FANTASTIC plumber, search no more!!!!!!

Jose came to my residence within 30 minutes. I was on the phone with the manufacturer for over an hour trying to trouble shoot my tankless water heater. Jose came by while I was on the phone and got the unit up and running within 5 minutes. This guy didn't even take my money, even after begging him to. You bet I'm calling this guy again. Jose came out for leak detection at the request of my General Contractor. He called me right away way, was very upfront with pricing and showed up 30 minutes after the call on a Saturday! Jose looked & acted extremely professional & he even took his shoes off without being asked. I work in the HVAC field and his truck was very clean and well organized, something most people wouldn’t notice but to me that’s a mark of a great company and technician. He performed thermal imaging and determined what I already knew, we did not have a plumbing leak. It was very refreshing to have such a thorough diagnostic and an honest answer. I will definitely call My Plumbing Friends for my future plumbing needs and refer them to anyone in need.

Great experience with Jose! He was able to come out quickly. He found all of the issues and repaired them. Went above and beyond when he noticed the tank was loose from a previous install and added in a new lever free of charge. Also was willing to look at separate issue that we were going to have a handyman look at it and went ahead and fixed that as well. He was so polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Our toilets were clogged at 6pm on Memorial Day. Within an hour of calling Jose showed up and couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. He even took the time to show our son what he was doing and how he was doing it. Very reasonably priced even on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend this company, especially Jose!

I had My Plumbing Friends come out to look at my water filtration system for my well that was leaking. I also have had continual water pressure issues over the last few years. They came out for a consultation and gave honest feedback on my filtration system. They gave me options and also fixed my water pressure by removing an unnecessary filter that is not needed for well systems that was previously installed by another plumber. My experience with them showed they had a wealth of plumbing knowledge and integrity.
