I was in the process of about to start financing a vehicle with Regina but her communication skills and people skills are terrible. I was accompanied by my mom for moral support and was asked by Regina if it was possible I could add my mom for extra income to be approved for a lower down payment. When I politely declined her off she proceeded to repeatedly throw nasty comments my way by first saying “It’s okay to get some help” or “You ready to stop being miss independent”. It wasn’t the fact that I cared about my mom being on it with me I just didn’t want her involved. We eventually wanted to settle on a vehicle that wouldn’t be ready till Monday and I advised her with both my jobs and school I wouldn’t be able to pick it up till Friday (mind you I am putting a deposit down for the vehicle so they can service the issues). She advised me that “this is not a layaway” and “what am I tryna do” (because I was clearly wasting her time) when all I wanted to do was pick it up at a later date. I respectfully told her I would go look into other dealerships and left. It saddens me that someone recommended me to her and I wasted 6 hours of my time. Less
