He didn’t oversell and told me that a system that another company was suggesting would be too big for my home. I felt like he had my best interests at heart. Dean Heating and Cooling had someone out quickly to review our HVAC on a house we recently purchased. They were able to rate the efficiency of our system and tell us about our options if we wanted to replace our 14-year old HVAC. I appreciate them laying out options for us and checking the functionality of what we currently have. Our house is about 100 years old, so it was peace of mind to have a professional look under the hood, so to speak, and check our HVAC.

Despite a difficult install, Dean stayed until the job was done and stayed in my budget. Everyone was professional, friendly and a delight to work with! Highly recommend!

They cane out on very short notice to fix my AC on one of those 93 degree days. I called after hours on a Friday night, and they had a tech out Saturday morning. He was polite, friendly, and very efficient.

He diagnosed several issues with my system that required attention, asked for help when he needed to, and completed the repair in a timely manner. He explained everything he did to me and showed me how to change the filter on the unit. He was very customer-oriented, which I appreciate.
