Scott is a man of his word!! So friendly and professional. He arrived at my home Thursday evening, found out I was without hot water for weeks and arrived the next morning at 9 a.m. to get my hot water hooked up by 6 p.m. Still more work to be done , but, he went above and beyond to make sure I finally had my hot water. If we could only have more people in our world like Scott! P.S. He knows his stuff! I am so impressed!
