Scott did a fantastic job cleaning up some shoddy workmanship left behind from another tankless water heater installer. He corrected the leaks and water pressure problem we were having and replaced the damaged parts. The system is working great with no leaks. He also installed a whole house water filtration system. Installation was good. Too soon to tell if it has improved the hard water deposits and scaling problems we had. He showed up when he said he would and worked through scorching heat until the job was done. One star off for a problem we had for about 10 days. Water was cloudy, tasted bad, and smelled bad from small pieces of the sealant used on the fittings getting into the supply pipes. After cleaning out debris from faucets and running enough water through the pipes, all cleared up. Less
