Edit: I wanted to come back and edit this review, as my experience here has been pleasant since my original experience, described below. My experience has turned very positive, my cat's medication is always refilled in a timely manner, and they text me prior to my cat's medicine running out asking me if I'd like to put in my order for a refill. They make having a cat with a chronic illness a little easier and help me have one less thing to solely manage. They are very skilled professionals! So far my experience with this pharmacy is not great. I called them this morning to see if they had received the prescription for my cat yesterday, the lady on the phone was very short with me, but hey we all get caught when we might be feeling frustrated and unknowingly sound rude to someone. I let it go. She said the prescription would be done and ready by 5:30. 4:45 rolled around and I still heard nothing, so I called. Same lady answered, when I asked if it was ready, I got a very brief "Your vet called and canceled it." I had to ask for further information after an awkward pause. When I asked for more information and if I needed to do anything, she said simply "No. The (correct medicine name) will be ready next week." And promptly hung up on me after i said "okay." No day it could be ready, no further information, didn't even give me a chance to ask any questions. As someone who also works in medicine, I would never be so rude to someone and would get in a ton of trouble if I hung up on someone. I also understand being frustrated if the initially incorrect medicine had to be trashed, but that's not my fault as the customer. I'm just trying to make my sick cat feel better. Not a very warm welcome for sick people, or carers of sick people or pets. My vet got in contact with me not 5 minutes later, I wish this pharmacy would have been more (kindly) communicative with me.
