At the end of the job he straightened out nothing so while the garage door worked fine it didn't seal tightly and looked crooked. I had to take some time with a hammer and a ram-rod getting things straight once he left. While he was brining in the metal materials to repair the door, he struck both of my trucks, chipping and scratching the paint! (see photos) At the end of the job he told me to send him over only $375 to make up for harming my vehicles. Insane.$225 discount for doing $2,500 in damage... nice.What really killed me is that when he hit and chipped my truck that was inside the garage I screamed, "Dude! You hit my truck!" He said, "Hu? That's your truck?" (like it matters!) I said, "Yeah, and you hit it!" "Sorry," he said, "do you mind me asking why you park your truck inside your rental house?" INSANE!!!! WHO CARES!!??? YOU HIT IT!!!As you can see from the photos my paint is chipped on both trucks and scratched on one. He also struck my house outside and inside walls as he swung his tools and materials around like he was in a race.I respect the drive and ambition but the work ethic is terrible; will never use him again for any of my houses. My wife tells me I should sue him - I'm not sure it's worth my time to do so but I'm so angry right now I just might. I'll see how I feel in the morning. Less

I have the tube with the spring on the inside.Tech shows up at 1610 takes one look and says we don't service these type of springs. But, can replace it with the large spring setup for $750...
