I contacted Lifetime garage door Las Vegas because my garage door spring was broken. My garage is a small, older one-car garage nothing large or complex. Two technicians came out and worked for about 30 minutes.They did not provide any estimate or explain the cost before starting the work. The repair was only temporary the problem was not fully fixed yet I was charged $399.08. I was never informed of the price in advance and did not give approval for that amount.Being charged nearly $400 for a temporary fix, without clear communication or consent, is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, especially when the repair is not even a complete solution.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication.

Terrible company avoid at all costs.Quoted one price in the showroom ($600 including fitting)Quoted a second price when the salesman came out. ($700 including fitting)Then a second salesman came out after the quote was accepted and an additional $367 (nearly a third extra) was added to the bill.When this was questioned the response avoided all questions asked.Avoid this company at all costs

Please avoid, I had a roller garage door fitted by this company, just outside of the warranty period. I phoned as I was having problems, they sent an engineer who replaced the batteries in the remote and charged me $200 plus vat, he was here 5 mins! I was never at any time told about a call out charge as I would have waited until my next service if I had known. They insist I was told, this is rubbish! No offer of even meeting me half way! The annoying thing is I am self-employed and have sent referrals their way, I definitely won't be doing that again!

I wouldn't use these guys. I had a bit of a garage door emergency where a cord got stuck in a spring coil of a garage door, they charged an extortionate call out rate, unjammed the coil, and then said the garage door couldn't be fixed and tried to sell a new door for thousands of pounds. We since had the garage door fixed. Which seems to me they don't know much about garage doors. Only fitting and selling their own ones, and looking to take advantage of people in their hours of need when they can. Opportunists. Avoid.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!Our garage door broke after having it fitted just over a year! My partner called and asked them if they could come and take a look! Noone was in when they came round to look at it and my partner had to call them to find out if they had been round, nothing was put through our door or anything.They told us that it couldn't be fixed and we would have to have a new garage door. They are now trying to charge us $260 for a call out charge which we were not told about. In the meantime we called two other companies who came out free of charge and told us the door could be fixed and gave us a quote to have it fixed or have a replacement.So not only are they trying to charge us for doing absoutley nothing but they also tried to fob us off and tell us it couldn't be fixed when it has been fixed. I spoke to a manager who was not very understanding, he couldn't care less and told me it was all in policy.I think it is terrible customer service especially considering we have only had the door just over a year. I definatley won't be using them again or recommending them.

I contacted this company because my garage door wouldn’t close properly. The first technician arrived and spent around 30 minutes repeatedly operating the opener while trying to fix the issue. During this process, the constant movement caused part of the door to fail, leaving the panels misaligned and the door completely stuck. Instead of resolving the problem, he attempted to force the panels back into place, which ended up damaging and warping two of them even further. Throughout the visit, he was constantly on the phone with the owner, who apparently instructed him to leave before the issue was fixed—leaving my garage door unable to close at all. The following day, I called again and a second technician came out. For an additional $600 cash payment, he managed to close the door, but it remained unusable because of the damaged panels. Since then, I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times to address the situation. Although the owner promised to stop by on Monday, it’s now Wednesday and they have stopped answering my calls entirely.Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their technicians appear unlicensed, inexperienced, and unprofessional. Looking back, I should have trusted my instincts when the first technician arrived in a BMW without even carrying a proper toolbox.
