After collecting my new car, I was offered a ceramic coating by the dealer but initially declined as I wasn’t sure it was worth the cost. After doing some research, I came across NF Detailing. Neil’s introduction video, the reviews and the obvious passion he has for his work gave me the confidence to explore it further.Although I live around an hour away and had plenty of detailers closer to home, I liked the setup at NF Detailing and decided it was worth the journey. Neil responded quickly to my enquiry and explained the options clearly. There was a waiting list of around 2–3 months, which actually reassured me that the business is in demand. Fortunately, Neil later contacted me to offer an earlier appointment, which was perfect as I’d only had the car for a couple of weeks.When I dropped the car off, Neil took the time to explain the process, why it takes as long as it does and what to expect. He even offered to collect me from the local station when he realised how far I had travelled, which was a thoughtful gesture.Collecting the car the following day was a real eye-opener. Even though it was brand new and had already been prepared by the dealer, the finish was on another level. The paint had much more depth, the colour really stood out and the wheels looked fantastic. Neil also took the time to explain the aftercare and was happy to answer all my questions, even offering advice on future cleaning products to ensure I didn’t damage the ceramic coating.Neil is clearly knowledgeable, takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Travelling the extra distance was absolutely worthwhile and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NF Detailing. I’ll definitely be back.

Just had my car ceramic coated I've got to say Neil has done a fantastic job the car looks brand new Neil certainly takes pride in what he does i would highly recommend Neil's work and all for a very reasonable price
