I couldn’t be happier with The Rug Specialist! They are a fantastic company to work with. The entire process was super easy and hassle-free, including pickup and delivery of the rug. They modified my original 14x10 rug to a 12.5x10 to perfectly fit my bedroom space, and the finished product turned out absolutely perfect! James provided wonderful customer service and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend The Rug Specialist to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service!

Incredibly pleased with the work, prompt, responsive, and the work was excellent. Their customer service is outstanding! Their turnaround time to deliver the clean rugs was actually shorter, just to meet my own deadline!! James delivered the rugs and he was incredibly personable and polite.

James and his team were professional and saved a beautiful wool rug that I was considering replacing. It smells and looks amazing and like new!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Our neighbor referred us and we will definitely be using them from now on. The owner, James, is great. Very detailed in his explanation (we had our carpet cleaned but we also had an area rug cleaned - amazing process), very professional, timely. The guys that came out were exceptional with their customer service. We would recommend!

Great customer service! My 20+ year old rugs look like new. I’ve had in home carpet cleaning done several times before, but the rugs never looked as good as now! Highly recommend!

Josh did a great job of keeping me informed about the time of his arrival. He also did a great job of cleaning my three rooms of carpeting. He was knowledgeable about my carpet and how it would be cleaned and how long it would take to dry.
