Last August, I finally bit the bullet and decided to seek out a personal trainer. I knew I needed to take my health more seriously and start recovering from the ordeal of the previous few years, but worries of money, the time commitment, and getting up early enough to hit the gym before work, were constantly holding me back.I met with a few different personal trainers before I found Matt at Titan Training. Nothing against the other trainers, but I spoke with Matt for over an hour, and he's so incredibly friendly and likeable, my mind was put at ease, and I took the plunge into training with him.Three months in, I am so happy I took that plunge. Matt automatically zeroed in on the areas that need the most work; a well- rounded approach to overall fitness and wellbeing, but especially building up my energy and working on some mobility issues that have been plaguing me for years. Matt's also given me some stretches and exercises I can work on at home in between our gym sessions.I've got a long way to go, but now I know I'll have a fighting chance with Matt's help. The past few years have been very difficult, but Matt's guiding me through the recovery, and I know I'll be better equipped to deal with life if I'm fighting fit!Thank you for all your advice, support, humour, and time, Matt.
