Today 01/03/2026 went to Akshaya Restaurant of Darling Residency and had dinner. I ordered a parcel of a single piece Appam and 3 pieces of Idly. Supervisor named Mr.Navi took the order and Ms.Gowri was the waiter. When I received the bill I found the bill amount of Rs.107 for a set of Appam instead of a single piece and enquired the concerned supervisor regarding this. He bluffed that I ordered a set of Appam instead of a single piece. He added that single piece of Appam would not be delivered anytime. I had taken parcel for a single piece of many items during numerous occasions and this was the first time I had experienced this type of problem. The way that supervisorMr. Navi bluffed was an indicator to hide his mistake during taking of the order. I immediately took up the matter with the other supervisors and they told that single piece parcel was allowed anytime. This shows the insensitivity of that supervisor towards genuine customers like me since 2001. The rudeness with which he bluffed to his his mistake was in bad taste. Hope the management takes this issue seriously
