We had a great experience with Royalty Electric! Fred was very professional and efficient. We were able to get an appointment within 2 hours of our power being completely shut off, and although we had to wait for parts, Fred and his partner showed up extra early the next morning to fix the problem and make sure we got our power back on as soon as possible. He even waited a couple hours after his job was done for the electric company to come and personally made sure the power came back on. I would recommend Fred and Royalty Electric to anybody who has need of a good electrician.

I don’t just give out 5 star ratings just to give them out … so let me explain my reason as to why Royalty Electric deserves 5 stars (I would’ve gave 6 stars if it was an option! ):I tried to install a dimmer light in my house late at night and realized halfway through that I had no clue what I was doing . With wires sticking out everywhere, I was nervous I would electrocute myself. I looked online and found this number and called, and the owner Leroy answered (I don’t know why I expected anyone to answer late at night, but I’m glad he did! )Man, Leroy was extremely helpful in walking me through finishing the light installation. I could tell that he knows his craft inside and out by how he guided me through the process. Listen, not only did he walk me through how to install the light over the phone (mind you , in the middle of the night!) but he also did it free of charge!!I’ve experienced great customer service before , but he went above and beyond that !Without a doubt , I would recommend Royalty Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done! Looking forward to getting their services again when I start my other projects!

Royalty Electric came through in a huge way for our small family business. On a Friday evening, Fred answered my frantic call and made a plan of attack for first thing Saturday morning. He provided a very reasonable, honest estimate within hours of speaking to his supplier and kept me informed on his arrival time. This was all as a new client calling last minute; he owed me nothing.He and his team replaced a bad circuit breaker panel efficiently and in the most organized manner. They all were personable and knowledgeable, knowing exactly how to fix the issue that could’ve been disastrous. They were done within a few hours and left the space clean.I cannot recommend Royalty Electric more. I will be calling them for any issues in the future. I’m extremely grateful that Fred answered the call when most businesses were closed for the weekend because I stumbled upon an incredible business I can trust.

A fallen limb knocked out our power and yanked down the service mast and damaged the wiring. Royalty electric quickly responded and was able to restore power that same day. Price was fair based on what other friends of mine have paid in similar situations too.

The guys are AWESOME! A box truck knocked out our power to our house around 7am. Called many electrician companies and left messages. Fred, the electrician /owner, answered my call at 2pm and came immediately! Had to replace meter base and weather head. He got the power back on by 7:30pm including code inspections with NES turning on power. AAAAA+++
